City class

One of Auckland’s historical homes built in 1847, Cotter House was at one point proudly owned by Gloria Poupard-Walbridge, who turned it into a luxury city stay.

Filled with Gloria’s art and antiques, Cotter House attracted a five-star clientèle, including the Rolling Stones.

Knowing that we could meet her vision for international luxury, she asked us to provide the identity system for Cotter House, which we created from scratch. No expense was spared: an embossing block was made for the letterhead, business card and compliments’ slip. We incorporated Gloria’s photographs into a stunning brochure with UVed details. And a website was developed to match.

The team was Jack Yan, Jennifer Hamilton and David Philpott.
